The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of San Diego is hiring tenure-track faculty to join our community of teacher-scholars committed to the liberal arts. Qualified candidates who are dedicated to empowering students through their teaching, research, creative and pedagogical scholarship, community engagement, service and/or mentoring are strongly encouraged to apply. Hiring Departments
We endeavor to assemble a cohort of teacher-scholars who will contribute to USD through teaching, scholarship, service and collaboration. The College will support new faculty through a college-wide mentoring program throughout the tenure process and other professional development opportunities.
