Build Something That Matters Pequot Library is entering a dynamic new chapter, and we are seeking an ambitious, creative, and strategic Director of Development to help shape its future.   This is not a maintenance role. It is an opportunity to build and lead a modern, high-performing development program at one of the region’s most distinctive cultural institutions. Working closely with the Executive Director and an engaged Board of Trustees, the Director of Development will play a central role in designing and driving a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports exhibitions, Special Collections, educational programs, and community engagement, while elevating Pequot Library’s profile as a cultural and intellectual destination.
