Strings Ensemble Director (2023-2024)
Part-Time, 10 months, Faculty Exempt Key School is seeking a part-time Strings Ensemble Director in the Performing Arts Department for the 2023-2024 academic year. This part-time position (approximately 7-8 hours per week) includes working with students in our Lower, Middle and Upper Schools (grades 1-12).Key School has a nationally recognized Orff Schulwerk music program in its Lower and Middle Schools. This program includes all students and involves playing instruments, movement, speech, singing, and music theory. Key's ensemble approach to music education engages children in the joys of a collaborative experience and provides a profound understanding of music as an academic discipline.
