The School of Theatre at Florida State University is seeking a creative and service-oriented professional to serve as the Manager of the Fine Arts Ticket Office. This is a full-time staff role within a dynamic arts environment, supporting ticketing for Fine Arts performances and other client events. As the FATO Manager, you will plan, administer, review, and evaluate all activities related to the Fine Arts Ticket Office, ensuring excellent service for the university and community. You will efficiently oversee daily operations, serve as a knowledgeable consultant to campus partners and outside constituents, and maximize the benefit of a computerized ticketing system.
