Senior Associate Registrar for Student Systems Operations

| Berklee is looking for a Senior Associate Registrar for Student Systems Operations who is excited about moving Berklee toward operational excellence using advanced software systems. Under the supervision of the Registrar, the Senior Associate Registrar for Student Systems Operations leads the Student Systems Operations Team of the Office of the Registrar (OREG) and exercises overall functional leadership for the administrative use of software systems (Colleague, PowerCampus, Informer, MS Access, FileMaker, Workday, among others). This oversight includes system development projects, process scheduling, system integrations, testing, documentation, training, data integrity and access, and FERPA compliance. Berklee is at an early phase of an institute-wide initiative to implement the Student module of the Workday ERP as its student information system. The Senior Associate Registrar for Student Systems Operations will play a key role in the discovery, testing, data integration, change management, and implementation of this system and, upon implementation, will manage the use of the system for the operations of the Office of the Registrar. As such, the candidate must be able to think holistically and strategically around the curricular, process, and systems needs of the Institution. During this dynamic time, Berklee is seeking a high-energy candidate who can help ensure a successful transition. The Student Systems Operations Team consists of the Senior Associate Registrar for Student Systems Operations, two Assistant Directors, and an Operations Specialist. The team has oversight of the student information systems, software tools, and processes used by Berklee in the administration of student records and registration. These responsibilities include:
The Senior Associate Registrar for Student Systems Operations provides oversight and direction for the Student Systems Operations team by establishing goals, determining best practices, evaluating methodology and resources, overseeing process and system documentation, and working collaboratively with partners across the entire campus.
