Job Title: Manager, Patron Services Center (PSC) Department: Patron Services Center Reports to: Director, Patron Services Status: Regular, full-time, exempt from overtime Essential Job Functions: Train part-time Patron Services Center (PSC) representatives in sales, customer service, and data standard practices.
