The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data analysis, strategic planning, ticket sales optimization, exceptional leadership skills, fiscal management skills, client management skills including conflict resolution, and a deep understanding of the live performing arts and entertainment industry.The Assistant Director of Ticketing and Patron Services is a key leadership position for the Wisconsin Union Theater (WUT). This role is responsible for helping achieve financial and customer service objectives and oversees the ticketing and patron services for arts events on campus. This position will create and implement new ticket sales strategies that increase the profitability of Theater as well as enhancing ticketing services and event experiences for our patrons.
