The Harper College Community Music and Arts Center in Palatine Illinois seeks part-time Art instructors to provide instruction in group adult classes, mostly in the evening and weekends. This position is expected to start in August 2025. Running classes is dependent on enrollment.Teach weekly classes to non-credit students and enrolled in continuing education classes. Collaborate with other instructors. Organize and maintain consistent teaching schedule. Prepare lesson plans. Complete student assessments. Participate in recruitment activities in and outside of the division. Integrate technology into the delivery of instruction. Attend department and faculty meetings.
