Description The Department of Theatre & Dance at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a visiting part-time faculty position to teach 4 courses during the 2025-2026 year to begin in August 2025. We are looking for a Lecturer in Dance to teach two courses each semester for our Dance Minor. Lecturers also have the opportunity to offer courses in their areas of specialization.
All course assignments are coordinated with the Director of the Dance Program. Holy Cross has an active and vibrant Dance program that currently has 30 Dance Minors and approximately 200 participating students take our Dance courses per year. The program values interdisciplinarity, innovative pedagogy, and decolonization. Qualifications Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching and inclusive pedagogies as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field.
