The Costume Shop Supervisor provides support in all areas of costume construction, coordination and maintenance to the Department of Music, the Department of Theatre + Dance and the College’s Guest Artist programming. This position performs all duties in full support of the College’s mission, understanding that positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the College's students.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Serve as Wardrobe Supervisor for departmental and guest artist programming
2. Oversee all aspects of costume construction and/or procurement for departmental productions.
3. Supervise and schedule the fittings of costumes and pilot to a successful completion.
4. Collaborate with guest designers and aid in the production process
5. Provide for general maintenance and repair of costume shop equipment and inventory as needed
6. Hire, schedule, train and supervise student costume shop crew and those working for course credit or lab hours
7. Maintain a safe working environment and safe working practices
