Talent Development Program Overview
The Host Trainee will learn to host and produce audio for regular feedback with a goal to host and produce audio for various time slots on the radio and digital platforms.Â The Host Trainee will also spend time with station hosts and producers.Â The Host Trainee will learn all aspects of the radio station processes and operations. Â Â The Host Trainee will also have the opportunity to host, produce and create digital content for our website and branded social platforms. Â Community engagement and events are also a priority. The Host Trainee will be hired on a short-term contract lasting 6 months, with potential for longer-term opportunities.Â Compensation and flexible work hours are negotiable.Â
