| Classification Title: Administrative Assistant College/Division: School of Music Department: Music School Advertised Salary Range: $31,107 - $35,000 Advertised Job Summary: The Program Assistant will be an integral member of the School of Music and Koger Center Administrative teams. Reporting to the Asst. Dean for Finance for the School of Music and the Director of Business Operations at the Koger Center, responsibilities include assisting with Travel processing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Receivable, and Purchasing Card liaison for the Koger Center. Assist with processing Koger Center temporary hires during peak times, as needed. Conducting the administration of the Student Intern (Student Teacher) program. Advertised Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience that is directly related to the area of employment, or high school diploma and 6 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency.
