This position serves as the Department of Theatre and Dance human resources coordinator and fiscal affairs coordinator. Under general supervision, performs a variety of human resources, financial, and administrative duties. Provides administrative support in the areas of human resources, personnel activities, budgeting, procurement, travel, accounts payable, accounts receivable, contracts, and maintenance of records. Assists with department communications.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and 4 years of responsible administrative work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency. Minimum of one-year supervisory experience. This position requires technical skills with all types of office equipment and ability to develop a thorough knowledge of university procedures and policies. Computer skills a must, especially word-processing and Excel.
