Supports all fundraising efforts with individual donors through the Annual Fund and similar efforts.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage Annual Fund, including timeline, appeals schedule, donor communications, determining and pulling target lists, and overseeing mailings
• Track donor activity in Tessitura database and utilize it for moves management, analysis, and strategic planning
• Create, review, and analyze development reports for use in mailings and communications, and to measure progress and inform strategy
• Work with Director of Individual Giving to create and disseminate development messaging for annual fund appeal efforts, including but not limited to appeal letters, emails, social media, and additional communications, and ensures coordination of fundraising messages throughout the organization
• Proof and edit development materials, including fundraising appeals, reports, and donor listings for playbill
• Plan and manage all logistics for fundraising initiatives such as Health Care Night, Giving Days, and other special donor cultivation/stewardship events designed to encourage maximum engagement and to strengthen relationships
• Manage a small portfolio of individual grassroots donors, including prospects among subscribers and ticket buyers
• Research, cultivate and steward subscribers and single ticket buyers to become donors and to build a robust donor pipeline
• Collaborate with Deer Valley Music Festival (DVMF) Donor Engagement Coordinator to execute strategy for DVMF grassroots efforts, including the Annual Giving Day, Love PC Give PC Day, and donor appreciation events

• Provide excellent customer service to patrons needing assistance with ticketing, recognition and benefits
• Staff and represent USUO at performances, events and other programs, and serve as an ambassador for USUO
