Patron Services Manager

The Patron Services Manager is responsible for ensuring that the BCPA and Bloomington Arena’s ticket offices are customer service focused and that they provide a consistent, accurate, high-quality ticketing service to ticket buyers and user groups. The Manager plans and coordinates ticketing, deposits and all related financial reporting for 200 events annually for 30 plus separate organizations as well as in-house presentations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining separate seating plans, scales, accounts and reports for each event series and organization. The manager oversees the subscription and single ticket campaigns, telemarketing campaigns, reports and reconciles revenue. The incumbent manages Ticket Office personnel, patron service and marketing functions of the BCPA ticket office including group sales, in compliance with all departmental and City policies.
