The University of Tennessee Foundation is seeking a professional to join the Advancement team for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus. The Assistant Director of Stewardship will be responsible for managing stewardship initiatives with a focus on acknowledgements to increase retention rates among donors, as well as to showcase the impact of private support. This position specifically manages stewardship strategy for donor segments such as first-time ever donors, reactivated donors, and mid-level donors. The position also manages stewardship efforts for privately funded scholarships. Reporting to the Director of Stewardship, this position will provide specialized stewardship support in endowment reporting and donor recognition groups for the Advancement division.
