The Portland State University School of Music and Theater seeks a full-time tenure track Assistant Professor to teach music theory, applied brass, and related curriculum. The successful applicant will have a documented history of professional activity in brass performance, evidence of successful music theory teaching, and the ability to attract and retain brass students.

Doctorate or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 2 years of teaching at the collegiate level
