Windmills Craftworks is a unique three in one concept that is a live music venue, global fusion restaurant and craft brewery. Our space is specifically designed for live sound delivering pristine acoustics perfect for supporting high level artists and musicians. Our live music programming presents touring grammy level artists in the jazz / jazz adjacent genres.

We are seeking a friendly and guest-focused host / Box Office Associate to support our restaurant operations and live music programming by managing concert & dinner reservations, greeting guests, coordinate seating arrangements and box office operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests with questions about concert reservations, providing exceptional customer service by assisting with ticket purchases, seating inquiries, reservation modifications, and troubleshooting as needed.

The Reservations Associate will also support large party concert bookings and reservations by developing a comprehensive understanding of our reservation and ticketing platform, Turntable. This includes learning the full functionality of the software and, when necessary, working within the backend to adjust seating, manage inventory, resolve reservation issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, communicates effectively, and enjoys helping guests from their initial inquiry through their arrival at the venue.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in purchasing concert tickets
• Answer questions about the live music and concert seating
• Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Communicate efficiently via email through out guest relations email address
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials or promotions.
• Maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours and communicate wait times effectively.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, enhancing overall guest relations.
• Facilitate To-Go orders.

Experience

• Previous experience in a full service restaurant, live music venue or hospitality.
• Previous box office experience a major plus
• Familiarity with restaurant operations & concerts settings, including guest services and customer service skills.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries over the phone.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent email/ written communication without solely relying on AI tools
• Liking live music/ live jazz is a plus!
