Performing Arts Program Manager
The Performing Arts Program Manager (PAPM) works with performing artists and arts organizations throughout Alabama, guiding them through the application process for three annual deadlines. The PAPM leads the evaluation process of requests, and then provides oversight for approximately 100 awarded grants each year. The biennial Celebration of Alabama Arts program is produced with the assistance from the Performing Arts Program Manager.Success in the PAPM role will require:• Knowledge of best practices for non-profit organizations.• Familiarity with performing art forms (dance, music, theatre)• Attention to details documented in forms.
