Reports To: Dean of Alabama School of the Arts   Position Summary: The Chair of Worship Leadership provides academic leadership, student mentorship, and program oversight for the B.S. in Worship Leadership - church ministry, education, and music business and the Master of Worship Leadership and Theology programs. This position includes teaching (minimum of 12 credit hours per semester), curriculum development, and recruitment, as well as overseeing student worship experiences and church partnerships. The ideal candidate is a gifted musician, experienced worship leader, and strong spiritual mentor.
