Minimum Qualifications: A master's degree in low brass performance or a closely related field.A record of demonstrated excellence in teaching and performance indicative of the capacity to excel in fulfillment of the above responsibilities.Preferred Qualifications: A completed DMA or PhD in music or the equivalent professional experience.Significant achievement as an educator and tuba professor, and strong potential for future success in academic scholarship and creative activity.Documented experience teaching low brass majors at the collegiate level, including success with student performance in competitions or placement in professional work environments.
