Financial Leadership (15%)
Develop and manage Theatreworks’ annual revenue and expense budgets in collaboration with the Ent Center’s Senior Director of Operations.
Work alongside Ent Center business administration colleagues to oversee contracts, agreements, HR, and other University processes.
Strategic and Programmatic Leadership (20%)
In partnership with the Artistic Director, Theatreworks Advisory Board, and Ent Center leadership, develop and implement a long-term strategic plan aligning with Theatreworks' artistic aspirations and organizational sustainability.
Collaborate with the Artistic Director to curate Theatreworks' season programming, providing a final slate of productions for approval by Executive Director of the Ent Center that ensures alignment with financial objectives and audience growth strategies.
Community Engagement and Advocacy (15%)
Represent Theatreworks within the community, fostering partnerships and enhancing visibility through active participation in in local and regional cultural events.
