Cadenza Artists is seeking three (3) experienced Booking Agents to join our growing team. These roles will support the following areas:
West Coast Performing Arts Centers / Touring Market
Northeast Performing Arts Centers / Touring Market
Symphonic Projects, working with orchestras nationally and internationally
These are full-time, fully remote positions. While hours are flexible, candidates must be available during standard U.S. business hours (9:00am–6:00pm in EST, CST, MST, or PST).
For the PAC-focused roles, residency in the West Coast or Northeast,respectively, is preferred but not required. Ideal candidates will bring existing relationships with presenters and buyers in their respective regions.
We are looking for professionals with experience in sales, booking, and relationship-building, particularly within live entertainment. Successful candidates are collaborative, proactive, and thrive in mission-driven environments. A passion for the performing arts is a plus, but most important is a demonstrated ability to connect with people, close deals, and help artists succeed.

Responsibilities
Booking & Sales
Proactively develop and maintain relationships with presenters, promoters, and presenting organizations through email, phone, and occasional in-person meetings.
Secure engagements and negotiate fees for Cadenza’s roster of ~40 artists.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while supporting overall company growth.
Generate leads through conferences, networking, and outreach.
Re-negotiate and problem-solve as needed to secure successful outcomes.
Brainstorm and share marketing ideas with clients to boost ticket sales.
Advising & Support
Learn and internalize artist roster details (brands, career goals, distinctions).
Collaborate with artists and managers to strengthen publicity materials, programs, and campaigns.
Share opportunities (scholarships, grants, partnerships) with artists and leadership.
Support talent scouting efforts as needed.
Team & Culture
Work collaboratively within a supportive, forward-thinking, and fast-growing team.
Contribute ideas and take initiative on cross-departmental projects.
Uphold Cadenza’s values of positivity, collaboration, ingenuity, and artist-centered advocacy.
Represent Cadenza Artists with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions.
Commit to weekly team meetings and thrive in a remote-office environment.
Ideal Qualifications
Experience in booking and tour development (strongly preferred), or proven experience in sales and business development.
Relationships with presenters from Performing Arts Venues or Orchestras (preferred, not required)
Background in the music/arts industry is a plus, but not required.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Self-directed with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
