Under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent, directs the district's instructional programs at the TK-8 level and provides leadership in the ongoing development and improvement of curriculum in the district; assists in the planning, organization, support and evaluation of the curricular and assessment programs of the district, works collaboratively with other administrators to develop processes and products that successfully support education programs. • Articulate the Moraga School District’s vision, mission, core values, instructional philosophy, and curriculum implementation strategies to the staff and community and solicit its support in realizing the district’s mission• Facilitate the development of professional learning communities to set strategic goals
