Working with the Director of Patron Experience, the Group Sales Manager provides sales and operational leadership regarding for providing strategic growth. This includes group sales for all major brands of the BSO, including Boston Symphony, Spring Pops, Holiday Pops, and Tanglewood. While overseeing the day-to-day flow and programs of the department, the Group Sales Manager focuses efforts on growing group sales revenue and sales numbers, developing ideas, implementing plans, successfully close new sales, and investigating growth opportunities. This includes managing the Group Sales team consisting of one full time staff member, working to align as team that promotes exceptional service to ensure a memorable patron experience for all aspects of Groups interaction with the BSO organiza
