 Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
 
 From November 4, 2026, through March 20, 2027, collaborate with the Arts Department Producer and the director of the play to stage manage the upper-school musical, TBD 
 Take full responsibility for the stage management of the upper-school musical 
 Attend production meetings as mutually agreed upon by the director of the play, the Arts Department Producer, and all relevant design personnel 
 When applicable, manage and guide the training of student assistant stage managers, providing detailed, effective instruction and delegating responsibilities as appropriate 
 At all times, strive to ensure and cultivate safe, equitable, inclusive, pleasant, and professional educational and working environments for the students and production staff 
 In close collaboration with the director of the play, help to maintain order and timeliness during rehearsals and performances 
 Create, manage, and maintain the production script, recording all blocking and cues 
 Record all rehearsal notes, line notes, cues, and blocking 
 Disseminate the production schedule and rehearsal/performance reports to the cast, director, Arts Department Producer, and production staff 
 In coordination with the Arts Department Producer, director, and designers, oversee the proper care and management of the stage, rehearsal space, props, costumes, set pieces, stagehands, and any other production elements 
 Issue calls to the actors and run crew prior to and during performances and facilitate communication between the front- and back-of-house staff 
 Call all cues during the run of performances 
 Ensure the continuity of performances

 Qualifications (minimum requirements) 
 
 Prior stage management experience in professional or educational setting required

 The  Middle School Music Technology Teacher  reports directly to the Head of Middle School. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following: 
 
 Organize and develop music technology courses for middle school students (grades 6-8) as part of our elective block in the afternoon, with the potential to include after-school and/or summer components. Emphasis may be on digital music creation and production, sound design, or more. The School has MIDI keyboards and computers with GarageBand installed, though other technological needs can be accommodated as part of the course formation process. 
 Oversee all aspects of the training and instruction of students. Develop curriculum and programming that aligns with the School&#8217;s mission and philosophy, and its explicit goals around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). Be responsive to students&#8217; needs as determined by our student population. 
 Be a collaborative and engaged member of your team(s), as well as the wider K-8 community. 
 Communicate professionally and proactively with colleagues (internal and external), administration, students, and families. 
 Be an engaged member of the wider Wesley community, and enhance the life of the School through contributions to school-wide programs, extracurriculars, events, and more, as needed.

 Viewpoint School is currently seeking a Theater and Events Coordinator. The Theater and Events Coordinator provides hands-on support for the Theater and Events Planning Departments. Works with Operational Services team to provide coordination, purchasing, set up/clean-up of school assemblies, performances, and events. Provide Operational Services representation at Viewpoint School after hour events, assuring that the school community&#8217;s needs and expectations for events and assemblies are met. Responsible for maintaining, stocking, and purchase/selling of Viewpoint Spirit Wear and the online website. Regular workday is from 7 a.m. &#8211; 3:30 p.m. but must have a flexible schedule to work nights and weekends. 
 Primary Functions: 
 
 Coordinates all Primary and Lower School assemblies and performances. This includes coordination with Divisional Leaders, Music Department Faculty, and the Operations Team in multiple venues across the campus. Responsibilities include coordination, setting up each assembly, working with students and teachers during the performances, assisting with microphones, and assembly clean-up 
 Serves as a House Manager for Primary and Lower School assemblies and performances 
 Primary point person for all Primary and Lower School activities. Plans, coordinates, and works campus meetings and other events, which include communications with faculty, staff, and parents, ordering food, gathering supplies, setting up, and cleaning up at event end 
 Serves as Operational Services liaison for some after hour and weekend events, providing hands on oversight and labor for the event set-up, working the event, and the event clean up 
 Working with the Theater Operations Manager, helps with the scheduling of weekly assemblies by working with music faculty and divisional directors 
 Shopping for supplies (food, beverages, paper goods, etc.) for events as advised 
 Generates Event Work Orders and invoices for campus activities 
 Inspect all assembly and event setups on a routine basis for safety and ensure items are put away following each activity 
 
 Additional Responsibilities: 
 
 Maintains inventory of Viewpoint logo wear (spirit wear) and school supplies, ordering new items as needed, and providing merchandise for School related functions 
 Maintains and operates the Online Patriot Store, including website maintenance and processing received orders 
 Responsible for the Patriot Student Store on campus, including stocking school supplies, spirit wear and updating point of sale system software 
 Assisting parents in serving hot lunch when volunteers are short-staffed
