A boutique talent agency based in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to support one of our top agents in the music touring industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and managing daily communication.
Scheduling meetings and coordinating conference appointments.
Calling venues and clients and corresponding with managers.
Organizing and maintaining schedules and deadlines.
Supporting the agent with administrative and client-related tasks.
Requirements:
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in the entertainment or music industry required.
Position Details:
Full-time role.
Office days: Monday through Friday (in-office).
Hours: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Availability to start within 60 days.
