The purpose of this class is to provide broad, college-wide leadership in programming, scheduling, marketing, staffing, supporting and assessing the college?s efforts to involve students and community members in a broad range of arts and cultural activities. Responsibilities include oversight of multi-campus programming, staff, and art facilities, including theatres, concert halls, and art galleries
Master?s degree in Arts Administration, or MFA in a discipline of the visual or performing arts, and five (5+) years of experience managing arts programming and productions required. Two (2) years of experience overseeing facilities and developing and managing annual budgets required. Knowledge of standard arts practices, including technical requirements, box office, grant management, rehearsal standards, scheduling, and community outreach preferred. Experience in higher education preferred.

Provide direct supervision and evaluation to assigned staff, including onboarding and advising.
Develop and manage operating budget for assigned unit.
Oversee operations of multiple Performing Arts facilities.
Establish goals and objectives for operations consistent with CCBC?s mission.
Work with Performing Arts and Humanities Department chair during academic productions, concerts, and performances, as needed.

Recording of plenary sessions that is intended for broadcast or webcast requires prior arrangement and permission through APAP;
Advance scheduling is required for all filming during exhibit hours;
Advance scouting, without cameras, is required;
All camera crew personnel must wear press badges, and badges must be visible while on the exhibit floor;
All camera crews will be escorted by a representative of the Conference while on the exhibit floor;
A list of filming needs, indicating company name and booth number, must be approved by APAP in advance of any filming;
Permission must be granted by each exhibitor before any filming begins. Camera crews must provide release forms before filming;
If you ?need power, other than battery pack, advance arrangements are required and can be arranged by contacting Leah Frelinghuysen;
You will be responsible for any costs related to electrical needs;
Interviews for exhibitors in the EXPO Hall should be scheduled up to one week before the conference starts (January 10, 2020) and advance scheduling is required for all filming during exhibit hours
