Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre and Dance
Job Description: The Department of Theatre and Dance at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, invites applications for a 9-month, full-time non-tenure track Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre and Dance with the possibility of renewal for a second year, commencing fall semester 2024. The position is contingent on funding.RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach six (6) courses during the academic year (3:3 load). Teaching areas may include theatre history, dramaturgy, script analysis, and introduction to theatre, in addition to advanced topical seminars. Opportunities to participate in production are not guaranteed, but may be offered, contingent on departmental needs.
