Job Summary: The University of Wisconsin-Madison Mead Witter School of Music invites applications for a full-time tenured faculty position in Music Theory at the associate or full professor level. The School of Music is seeking an innovative researcher and teacher with expertise in music theory, considered in its broadest sense. The successful candidate will have demonstrated commitment to research and scholarship that builds on and complements the work of current faculty in historical musicology, ethnomusicology, music theory, music education, music composition, and performance.
