Adjunct Faculty - Theater
The Theater Department at Augsburg University invites applications for adjunct instructor positions to teach in the 2023-24 academic year.Responsibilities include teaching at the undergraduate level. Instructors are expected to respond to student questions through email in a timely manner and to be available to students to ask questions in person or via zoom. Our most frequent needs are for instructors are to teach Acting and Improvisation for Non-Majors, Introduction to Musical Theater, Black Theater and Introduction to Theater. Classes are offered in fall and spring semesters during the day and in-person. This is a union position, covered by a collective bargaining agreement with SEIU. Pay starts at $4,750 per course.
