Lead all aspects of Sheldon Theatre performance and event production processes including coordinating with other departments to ensure efficiency and excellence of the production process, hiring and supervising necessary staff and crews, maintaining theatrical systems and coordinating with artists and other space users to ensure that all events are delivered professionally, efficiently, and consistent with the values and quality expected of the Sheldon Theatre. Essential Job FunctionsAn employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential duties:Establish and implement backstage policies, advance planning, preparatory work for lighting, sound and stage rigging, loading in, setting up, and loading out shows.Provide
