The Department of Performance and Communication Arts at St. Lawrence University seeks a colleague for a two-year Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre and Performance funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. We seek artist-scholars committed to inclusive teaching in the liberal arts to join and expand our transdisciplinary curriculum that emphasizes theatre, performance, rhetoric, and communication. We welcome colleagues committed to concerns of social justice, civic engagement, and systems of power, privilege, and oppression. We look forward to collaborating with colleagues who possess strong pedagogical skills with particular attunement toward equity-minded teaching practices. The teaching load is 3-3 or 2-3 with a directing release. The position begins August 17, 2026.  Sala
