Position Summary:?  Manage staff and crucial operations in one of the most dynamic parts of live entertainment! The Ticketing Services Manager joins a staff of several other full-time employees and oversees the day-to-day scheduling and operation of Broadway Dallas’ ticketing operations, including strategy, pricing, sales reporting, staffing, and customer service. This hands-on role serves as the “second in command” to the Ticketing Services Director in all box office functions: developing and implement ticketing policies, analyzing sales data, scheduling and managing approximately a dozen full and part-time staff who collectively ensure smooth event ticketing processes.  This position requires regular on-site work
