Blumenthal Arts seeks a strategic and creative Preprofessional Programs Manager to lead dynamic programs that prepare teens and young adults for success in the arts, workforce, and beyond. This role designs and manages initiatives that build both hard and soft skills—such as collaboration, time management, and personal bra
