Riverstone International School is looking to hire an energetic art teacher to join its Elementary School team. This position involves teaching students from preschool through grade 5. Experience and/or knowledge of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) is advantageous. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Teaching an established Primary Years Programme visual arts curriculum 
• Developing daily lesson plans 
• Establishing and maintaining a classroom climate conducive to learning 
• Promoting artistic expression 
• Utilizing outside resources to enrich the curriculum 
• Plan and collaborate with the ES Music teacher an Annual Spring Arts Festival. 
• Plan and execute with students, art pieces for the Annual Auction fundraiser. 

Qualifications include:

A teaching certification with an endorsement in art, two years teaching experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with parents and school personnel. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Is based on level of experience and education.
