As a member of Yale Schwarzman Center’s senior leadership team, the Deputy Director will bring demonstrable experience in managing people, teams and operations effectively. The Deputy Director will be involved in long-term planning and strategy and will be expected to collaborate closely and meaningfully with the Executive Director, Associate Artistic Director, Director of Marketing & Communications, and Director of Finance & Administration. The direct reports for this position include the Director of Production, Building Operations Manager, and Exhibitions and Bookings Manager.
