Reporting to the Head of Strategic Impact, the Managing Director of Development will lead efforts to secure the philanthropic investment necessary to fuel Zeta's bold mission: delivering world-class education and transforming public schooling at scale. The Managing Director will drive strategy and execution for all fundraising initiatives, establishing Zeta as a premier destination for donors seeking to support innovative, high-impact solutions to the education crisis. The Managing Director will be instrumental in scaling a high-performing development team, expanding Zeta's donor base, and cultivating meaningful relationships with institutional and individual supporters — ensuring that Zeta's rapid growth is matched by sustainable, mission-aligned funding.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 annually.
