Job DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensure a high-quality experience for team members focused on skill development and proficiency, exemplary public presentation, and a supportive team environment.Coordinate and supervise all aspects of team practices, activities, events, and equipment.Recruit students for team participation, including advertising and conducting try-outs and developing and maintaining of relationships with high school programs and clubs.Assist department in maintaining team guidelines and expectations; ensure that these are fully communicated with team members.Identify and implement suitable fundraisers for the team and collaborate with the department in the development of the team budget and ongoing management of finances.Promote academic succes
