Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Music (Jazz); 1-year, full-time, nine-month, renewable temporary position. This position will report to the Division of the Humanities Chair.Responsibilities:(90%) Provide leadership in our distinctive jazz and commercial music ensembles and combos; organize and coordinate the annual Jazz Fest in collaboration with campus partners; teach music technology, improvisation, composition and/or an applied area; offer other courses in music, such as theory or jazz history, consistent with the needs of the university and oneâ™s qualifications and experience; oversee and train student workers for the recital hall audio booth; and assist with recruitment efforts for ensembles and for the institution.(10%) Provide leade
