The Lionel Hampton School of Music at the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho invites applications for an Assistant Professor-Director of Choirs, a full-time, tenure-track, nine-month appointment for the upcoming academic year, starting August 18, 2025.Responsibilities include leading the Vandaleers Concert Choir, the University Choir, and teaching related courses. This faculty member may teach other courses, as assigned by the Director, to be determined by qualifications and departmental needs. Preference will go to those with experience in at least one of the following areas: studio voice instruction, music education, and/or piano (repetiteur).
