VISITING ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN ACTING
The University of Iowa Department of Theatre Arts seeks a full time Visiting Assistant Professor in acting. The Department offers a BA in Theatre, which includes multiple courses in acting, movement and voice, and an MFA with specializations in Acting, Directing, Design, Dramaturgy, Playwriting and Stage Management. The University of Iowa is a leader in the development of new work for the stage and has a long-established history of integrating technologies into production. The Department produces 10 - 15 new works annually in addition to other plays and musicals. This faculty member will teach six courses each year.
