The purpose of this class is to provide broad, college-wide leadership in programming, scheduling, marketing, staffing, supporting and assessing the college's efforts to involve students and community members in a broad range of arts and cultural activities. Responsibilities include oversight of multi-campus programming, staff, and art facilities, including theatres, concert halls.
Master's degree in Arts Administration, or MFA in a discipline of the performing arts, and five (5+) years of experience managing arts programming and productions required. Two (2) years of experience overseeing facilities and developing and managing annual budgets required. Knowledge of standard arts practices, including technical requirements, box office, grant management, rehearsal standards, scheduling, and community outreach preferred. Experience in higher education preferred.

Provide direct supervision and evaluation to assigned staff, including onboarding and advising.
Develop and manage operating budget for assigned unit.
Oversee operations of multiple Performing Arts facilities.
Establish goals and objectives for operations consistent with CCBC's mission.
Work with Performing Arts and Humanities Department chair during academic productions, concerts, and performances, as needed.
