JOB SUMMARY The Board Liaison position provides direct support to the BSO’s Board of Directors, Board Committees, and the Baltimore Symphony Endowment Trust.  As such, this position maintains strong relationships with board members, schedules board and committee meetings, establishes agendas in coordination with board and executive leadership, collates and distributes meeting material, and takes meeting minutes. The Board Liaison must have excellent written and verbal communication etiquette for communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.  This individual will also have excellent organizational and presentation skills, high proficiency in scheduling and managing details, be able to adapt to changing priorities, and represent the BSO in a profes
