Lincoln’s Symphony Orchestra seeks a full-time Orchestra Manager & Librarian. The Orchestra Manager & Librarian is responsible for administering the personnel of the orchestra, which includes application of the union agreement, preparation and maintenance of payroll and other records, scheduling of musicians, hiring of substitute and extra musicians, and coordination of auditions. The Orchestra Manager coordinates with the LSO artistic team and venues to ensure that the scheduling, production, and administration of all orchestra rehearsals and concerts run smoothly and effectively. The Orchestra Manager & Librarian is also responsible for providing and organizing all of the music needed for performances, and for maintaining the orchestra’s library of parts and scores. The Orchestra Manager & Librarian oversees the Stage Manager and Operations & Library Assistant, and is responsible for coordinating their workflow and schedules.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and will possess the ability to work independently and in a team setting, and will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills. Evening and weekend hours required. Salary commensurate with experience and salary history, and includes a competitive benefits package.

Recording of plenary sessions that is intended for broadcast or webcast requires prior arrangement and permission through APAP;
Advance scheduling is required for all filming during exhibit hours;
Advance scouting, without cameras, is required;
All camera crew personnel must wear press badges, and badges must be visible while on the exhibit floor;
All camera crews will be escorted by a representative of the Conference while on the exhibit floor;
A list of filming needs, indicating company name and booth number, must be approved by APAP in advance of any filming;
Permission must be granted by each exhibitor before any filming begins. Camera crews must provide release forms before filming;
If you ?need power, other than battery pack, advance arrangements are required and can be arranged by contacting Leah Frelinghuysen;
You will be responsible for any costs related to electrical needs;
Interviews for exhibitors in the EXPO Hall should be scheduled up to one week before the conference starts (January 10, 2020) and advance scheduling is required for all filming during exhibit hours
