Operations Manager
The Operations Manager (OM) serves as both the Orchestra Personnel Manager and Music Librarian. In accordance with the terms of the Orchestra’s Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) the OM addresses these areas of responsibility in an efficient, effective and financially responsible manner reporting to both the Executive Director (ED) and the Music Director (MD). As Orchestra Personnel Manager, the OM is responsible for the following: Hire all substitute players needed to complete the roster of musicians for each concert series.
