Assistant Orchestra Personnel Manager
The Assistant Orchestra Personnel Manager is responsible to help fulfill the tasks and duties of the orchestra personnel department, including overseeing application of the Master Agreement, preparing payroll, scheduling contract musicians, hiring substitute and extra musicians, coordinating auditions. Reporting to the Orchestra Personnel Manager, the AOPM will ensure a consistent operation to help contribute to the creation of exceptional symphonic music presentations and patron experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute the day-to-day data requests of the following: Administer leave requests using online software and shared files, in alignment with the Master Agreement and individual contracts.
