1.  With the Associate Dean of Chapel and Director of Chapel Music, plan and oversee all regular chapel services and special events. Direct students in their creation and leadership of worship for Marquand Chapel. This requires knowledge and ongoing study of existing resources, and some writing ability; it also requires the ability to conceptualize and deliver liturgy in the live situation, and to instruct students in practical liturgical skills.2.  With the Associate Dean of Chapel, interview and hire students to work study positions as Chapel Ministers and other support roles.
