DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Reporting directly to the CEO/president, the development director plans, manages and leads the MSO’s fundraising efforts, including individual giving, foundation and government grants, and corporate appeals. Implementing a comprehensive development program that meets targeted revenue goals, the development director’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Individual Giving Cultivates and nutures concert and musician sponsors and other major donors Analyzes donor and ticketing data from the MSO’s CRM to conduct the annual fund drive, consisting of four or more direct-mail campaigns and digital appeals Identifies candidates for giving-level moves and solicits increased giving.
