Job SummaryUnder the leadership of Artistic Director Diane Paulus, the A.R.T. seeks to expand the boundaries of theatre by producing events that immerse audiences in transformative theatrical experiences that expand the boundaries of theatre.Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Company Manager and Associate Producer, the Company Manager is a key member of the Artistic team responsible for overseeing the onboarding of and hospitality for all visiting artists. The Company Manager serves as the central connection point from artists to staff at the theatre, as well as to individuals in the Harvard and Cambridge communities. The Company Manager and larger artistic team are responsible for a high standard of care that allows visiting artists to crea
